Role Objective

Manage brand awareness and community engagement by managing the end-to-end social media lifecycle, from creative content production and scheduling to data-driven performance analysis. This position requires a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a "human-centered" approach to digital interaction. You will serve as a key creative extension of marketing teams, ensuring brand consistency across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, while leveraging advertising tools to optimize reach and impact in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities: Content Management, Engagement & Strategy

Content Creation & Scheduling
 Develop, design, and schedule high-quality content across major social media platforms.

Copywriting & Community Management
 Write engaging captions tailored to different audiences and actively interact with followers to foster community.

Performance Tracking
 Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

Strategic Assistance
 Support the development and execution of the overall social media strategy to align with the client's business goals.


Essential Requirements:  Creative Expertise & Remote Readiness

Social Media Management Experience
 Proven track record as a Social Media Specialist, with direct experience in the day-to-day management of business accounts and the execution of digital growth strategies.

Content Creation & Posting
 Demonstrated ability to handle the full content lifecycle, including creative ideation, graphic design, copywriting, and the technical posting/scheduling process across multiple platforms.

Industry Experience
 Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.

Content Design Proficiency
 Advanced use of graphic design tools to create high-impact visual assets (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

Analytics & Report Visibility
 Experience managing CRM systems or specialized tracking platforms to ensure clear report visibility. Ability to translate data into actionable insights for the client.

Technical Advertising Knowledge
 Practical experience with Facebook Ads Manager for campaign execution and audience targeting.

Platform Expertise
 Hands-on experience managing and growing business profiles on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Professional Attributes
 Demonstrated creativity, adaptability to shifting trends, and a strong goal orientation to meet engagement and growth KPIs.

Advanced English Proficiency (C1/C2)
 Exceptional written skills for drafting captions and scripts, alongside fluent verbal communication.
